I purchased 2 Units from Ananda in 2016 and put it in the hands of Tameka Smith to find suitable tenants to lease the properties to.

In no time she had engaged to suitable tenants for me and followed up with property reports and accompanying photos to show that both units were cared for with no maintenance to report.
In the following 3 years plus Key2 have looked after my units with the same standard they started with.
Reporting to me on any repairs that had to be fixed, which I got them to organise for me straight away.
I believe if I look after the tenants they will look after my property.
