About Jessica Oliver
Jess is a Senior Property Portfolio Manager with the Key2 Property Management team. She has a friendly and approachable manner and prides herself on building a strong rapport with landlords and tenants alike.
Jess has a hospitality background and has been in the real estate industry for the past 3 years. With a multitude of experience in the service industry, Jess has the skills to ensure her clients are number one and demonstrates a customer centric attitude towards each and every person she interacts with.
Having grown up and lived in the Launceston area, Jess has gained an excellent understanding and knowledge of the demographic of which she manages investment properties. This gives her an upper hand to match up each tenant with their perfect rental property.
As Jess has had experiences as a tenant and is now a landlord herself, Jess has the perfect understanding of how to meet both tenant and landlord expectations. With this knowledge, Jess is able to ensure that everyone she interacts with is able to have a positive experience.
