Hello my name is Hollie Joss, Director of Hollie Joss Property Management Ltd and I provide the Property Management services for KEY2. As a property investor myself I know how important it is that you get good tenants to look after your property and get your rent paid on time. I also understand that you want to maximise your income, and minimise your expenses.

I am an accredited property manager which means I have completed stringent training in property management and am required to have ongoing training each year – not to mention the 21 years experience I have in dealing with tenants and tradesmen.

If you are looking to employ a property manager whether it’s your first time, you just need a change of manager or have bought a new property, I will assess your property management requirements, listen to your needs and provide a solution that works for you.

I have been a property manager since 1988 and although I have seen many changes over the years the one thing that hasn’t changed is the importance of communication to you, the owner of the property. I will work with you and keep you fully updated at all times on your property.

We have two management options, our Full Management Service for those landlords who like the “hands off” approach or are overseas, this includes, finding new tenants, reference and credit checks, condition reports, inspections, arranging repairs and maintenance, rent arrears, all the day to day management and representation at mediation and tenancy tribunal if necessary. We also have a Rentcheck Service for those landlords who like to manage their properties themselves but don’t like dealing with the paperwork and hassles of collecting rent, this includes collecting rent from the tenants, chasing arrears, legal notices and representation at mediation and tenancy tribunal if necessary .

You will be able to view your rent transactions on line at any time; You’ll get access to a web site which we update with information such as, rent payments received, rent payments made to you, management fees deductions and Creditors paid i.e. plumbers / rates, so you’ll know exactly where your tenants are paid to whenever you want.
