Just a short note to say we had a great trip [to Australia]. Jeannie and Peter were really great just as you had said!!! Thank you for arranging for us to meet with them. As you will have heard we signed up on a cottage lot that seemed to be - location, location. We are looking forward to everything going smoothly with the hope of coming back to the market in the short term.
