We heard about KEY2 on the radio and gave them a call because, after holding a number of share investments, we wanted to diversify into property – it’s a stable investment which always goes up.

KEY2 showed us a number of investment opportunities in New Zealand and Australia, but in the beginning we were a bit nervous about buying property in Australia because I wanted to be near my investment – I wanted to see what I had bought.

But after looking at the numbers, the Australian properties stacked up better. The people at KEY2 gave us confidence in the back-up support they provided. They were also very friendly and didn’t put any pressure on us at all.

At the end of the day I bought two properties in Australia. The first one was tenanted immediately after construction and the second one is due to be completed shortly. I am extremely happy with KEY2’s service, advice and support.
