Our house has just been completed in Coomera on the sunny Gold Coast. We decided to go ahead with KEY2 after meeting you, and seeing the opportunity to purchase a House and Land package in Coomera.

As you know we bought off the plans without even seeing the area. The whole area around Coomera is taking off like a rocket. The area we bought in is placed nicely between some very expensive areas. We were fortunate to be able to go over in January just as the concrete slab was being prepared to be poured. We were really impressed with the area, and the subdivision layout. Our home looks out across a nice park and lake area, which gives a nice spacious outlook from the house. As a coincidence we were over again in Aug just as the house was completed. The house looks very nice indeed, the landscaping is very nice and the whole area looks fantastic. Once I saw the house I actually wanted to move into it, instead of renting it out.

The whole process was pretty well seamless thanks to all your contacts for finance and property management. The house was rented out 3 days after it was handed over to us... Overall we are very pleased that we bought the property through you Dawn. The capital growth has been stunning since we first signed up to build due to the massive growth in Coomera. I would love to build another one if we can manage it! Thanks also to you Dawn for all your help through the building process.
