Russell Benshaw

KEY2 founder, Russell Benshaw, has a very clear insight into the property sector; Russell has over 20 years property industry experience since graduating from Auckland University with a bachelors degree in property. Russell brings specialist knowledge of project marketing and investment sales, as well as valuation and property management. He established KEY2 specifically to fill a gap in the New Zealand market place for a niche organisation to provide a range of services focused primarily on new property investment while also having the ability to move quickly to meet changing market and client requirements. Working independently means we aren't constrained by a single supply of stock, nor do we have to conform to any strict structures or formats that may not be to our client's best advantage. In most cases KEY2 acts as a brokerage, sourcing properties that best suit investors requirements.
