This West Auckland family decided it was time to move to a better neighbourhood mainly for schooling of their three children. Living in a relatively new home already they did not want to loose the benefits a new home offers especially in regards to heating and insulation. After looking extensively in their preferred location they could not find a suitable property in their price range. After making contact with KEY2 we were able to show then how we could build a home to their design within their preferred location for considerably less than the $620,000 that other building companies were wanting for their newly completed homes.

Now they have a split level 4 bedroom home with two separate living areas in the school zone for a price they had almost given up on.
