FAMILY LOOKING FOR A HOME FOR OVER 6 MONTHS;

A family had been looking to purchase an existing home for over 6 months without success. They were attracted to KEY2 by the house and land packages that were available in one of their preferred locations on Auckland’s North Shore.

Based on a budget of $650,000 we were able to show 10 different house and land options. In the end the client decided on one of the sections and we worked with one of KEY2’s Master Builders to design a home that worked perfectly on their chosen site as well as being within their budget. KEY2 were also able to help with specialist construction finance at low bank home loan rates. The total package cost was $640,000 ready to move in and the bank valuation came in at $690,000.
